I started with my reply when the person was not suggesting we file an SS-8 but rather more of a demand, that is when I got on the subject of refund. The post said - don't hesitate and file the SS-8 and I said already filed and got back such amount. Then the onslaught of false, lies, impossible, etc. My TOTAL return was $14,000. I file state taxes as well as federal. The federal was over $9,000. Others only have to watch GMA for this Saturday morning to see it can and does happen with a large return like that.
