Great...I finally know what it's like to have a HORRIBLE - TSM....fun time Posted: Mar 3rd, 2016 - 4:19 pm
Of the 4 different TSMs I have had in the last year alone, the first 3 (and most before that) were great. Now, just got switched to one who REFUSES to answer emails. I KNOW she is checking on her email, as SHE has sent ME many emails demanding this or bitching about that...but hasn't answered the one simple one I sent her THREE days ago. I guess I get to join the ranks of all the rest of you with UNhelpful TSMs.
Any advice on how I can get her to finally answer my email? I know she is busy but THREE days? Really? And it's a time sensitive request. She also doesn't answer her phone. Lovely.
