Does this apply to pt names? I do an account where they use their cells, and some docs are outside, wind blowing, etc. They are muffled and hard to understand. I can't always make out the pt name, and they give me no more info. Sometimes they don't even give it. Does this apply to the pay cut for blanks? Is is everytime you institute the CRTL G that you get pay knocked off? Thanks,
