Why do they have policies and procedures in place if they aren't followed? It helps everybody when we know what to expect. I despise how they change their minds again and again or ignore policy (if you can find it) Tech support ordered the foot pedal for me and sent an email to RP which was nice so I didn't have to deal with her.
And I hear you.. .Wouldn't mind bring let go too.
