My foot pedal recently died under RP. I entered all the time spent on the phone with tech support as down time with the ticket numbers given to me. My pedal was overnight shipped but took 2 days to get here,all of which was entered as down time . It was all approved without one word from RP. I am not sure why she is giving you trouble or why you would even try to transcribe without a pedal. Please don't be intimidated. Get that downtime!
