IMHO, the last 2 months-ish of "low volume" has nothing to do with insurance deductibles, nothing to do with the weather, nothing to do with Obamacare, and EVERYTHING to do with our work being sent overseas.
And while I'm ranting... when will the powers that be get it through their thick heads that moving our schedules around will NOT MAGICALLY MAKE MORE WORK APPEAR? If there's not enough work, SOMEBODY WILL RUN OUT AT SOME POINT.
