I work under DD. She is new to MModal, having come from the big "N," not sure why they let someone go who has been here longer. DD won't give you any problems. You will see a couple of updates a day from her about the backlog, and that is really about it, besides a pay period report of your stats. Since she has only had 2 accounts in her POD since one was sent to India in December, I am not really sure what she does with all her time, but she doesn't bother us so I don't really care.
