They have mandatory OT for months on end with no new hires, and mandatory schedule changes because they have shortages in coverage. 6 months later, they finally hire on a few people, and within 2 weeks, ship our accounts overseas and leave us with no work. Then they shift people from pod to pod to even out the no work, with the promise of "new accounts" to come on soon. Then the mandatory schedule changes will happen again due to too much work.
Why cant they leave our accounts alone, leave our schedules alone, and throw the leftovers across the bay? It makes no sense. Pay them, pay 1 or 2 levels of QA over there, pay QA here, and this is cost effective how?
