It is their equipment, so they have to replace it and they have to give you downtime pay until the foot pedal arrives. You have to file a hardware ticket and give that number to TSM. Been there, done this. Downtime is why I use their junky equipment. Lucky you! You are going to get at least 1 day of downtime while the rest of us have NJA. They usually ship right away by overnight.
