How frustrating it is to see your pay keep going down. Aren't you supposed to make more the longer you are at a job? Been with this company (original got bought by Medquist, then became MM) for over 15 years and my pay is nothing near what it used to be but I'm working just as hard as ever! They see how much their payroll has gone down...guess they've passed all that on to themselves in bonuses! Looking all the time for something new, few interviews but nothing yet...doubt that survey is going to change anything any time soon. Will keep looking and applying. Stop telling us how much we are appreciated and start showing it in our paychecks!
