I tried to be patient. I thought I had misunderstood something, so I got out my paperwork, and it was there in writing -- Jan 1. About Jan 7, I ran OUT of patience and emailed HR. Of course, NO response. The money DID pop up in the account about mid-January. NEVER a surprise with this company. No apology. No answer to my email. No explanation. Just late. As usual, they taught me to be "thankful" it showed up, rather than ANGRY it was so late. I, too, delayed going to the doctor. Same ol' MM.
