they came out with the version of Fluency that had the LPH graph. I think that version was the first to have it where the cursor stopped blinking after 5 seconds of inactivity (including EVEN if the audio is playing!). I think that's how they calculate it...when you are ON in the timecard but the cursor has stopped blinking. And NO, it has not always been there.
