If so many of us are running out of work, is that they sent too many accounts to India and forced all the pods to be helper groups to all of the other pods, so even if your account didn't go to overseas, you are not getting the work. It is lose/lose for all of us. Maybe they expect work levels to pick up soon, though they should have already by late January. Or maybe they are hoping we'll all hang in there til volumes build in the fall and they need us again, right?
