I don't want to get boo'ed, but I just wait until a job finally comes. I never do the 6-minute/Remedy/time-sheet thing correctly and so I just wait. I go on Facebook or look at YouTube with Fluency in the background so I can see when a job pops up, and a job always comes eventually. Also, I have noticed that inactivity time does not escalate (even if I am off for half an hour) as I am not in a job. I take a lot of breaks normally and find the line count all evens out pretty much (with work or with lots of NJA). Hope this helps, just my take on it.
