That doesn't work - They count your inactive time

even when you're not in a job, it just doesn't show up on the graph we're provided. So from the second you log on to Fluency the ticker starts. They can see how long you are idling before and after downloading/uploading a job. Just be careful, I was fired for this exact thing (even with line count doubled and no failed audits)
