I would at least check it out. Kind of pain, sort of describes working for MM, what's a little more pain. If you don't want to go the UE route, I might check with the Labor Department to see how this problem can be resolved. I worked for MM, but never got to that point and then I quit. I just read many posts that say MTs do apply for UE.
