There's actually no QA position in MM. QA became the SHDAs who edit and do QA. The SHDAs don't score anything, they're just here for leaving feedback to let you know what the auditors may ding you on. It's the auditors who do all the scoring and hold your continued employment in their hands.

Anyway, any data, including dates, ages, labs, vitals, pretty much anything with a number is considered a critical error if wrong or left out.
