I couldn't agree more. Its so stressful working under these conditions. I'm a person with many years experience and I don't for a second thing I suddenly turned stupid...although thats how we are made to feel. Its hard to work every day knowing if you make the slightest mistake it can cost you your job. The way I'm feeling about it right now, I feel like its leading me straight to a heart attack, not to mention the depression it is causing.
