for the way this place treats us.
are there guidelines for what gets one put on performance management? any rules? or is it at the whim of the POD.? i've had some critical errors but have never had the words PM mentioned. just the usual form letter showing me the error of my ways and the scripted paragraph of slowing down, being more careful, blah blah....just wondering why some get put on PM and others don't...
