As of last week, I finally started forwarding all the workload emails to my personal computer, along with doing screen shots showing the long list of times of having NJA at the end of each shift. MC said in an email that she is getting some new accounts in a month or so.....uhhhh, that is a long time to wait. When you send accounts to India, what do they expect will happen when you do not acquire more accounts for the same amount of MTs still in your group. It is all about CHEAP LABOR!!!
