I have noticed it as well and it's nothing new, but whenever anyone suggests that the coding board might be advertising in disguise it is not well received. As far as schools, I don't know much about Andrews but aside from this board and outside of the southern states, I really don't know how many people have heard of them; no one has much on the west coast. That being said, I attended CS and I would say that is not your best choice. However, you can look into the AAPC and AHIMA programs and make your own comparisons.
