Here we are in February of 2016 and it is still going down hill. Happy to still have a job, but still very frustrating to be here and not sure how long it will last. Most accounts are dwindling down to minimal reports a day. No real answers to questions, no formal QA ever, no formats in writing. We have to be "invited" to look at the specs for a specific account. This should all be in writing somewhere for all MTs to look at. Very unprofessional.
