Thought this job was excellent when first hired, now since the merger no one knows who to get information from, who is in charge. When asking a question either email or on the forum you are lucky to get an answer. System is constantly stuck or doing things it isn't supposed to and we are constantly reminded we are behind in TAT. Feeling more like a number and less like a transcriptionist once again when a merger happens. These people in charge now, whoever they are, have no idea what they are doing. No new papers, chain of command, rules were ever sent out. Some ICs were hired with no contracted minimum expected in their contracts. Who does that?
