Thanks Emma. It is easy to get I discovered, but what happens after you get it is what concerns me. As I understand it, they give them to legally established businesses. What constitutes a legally established business and how much is that going to cost? They were nice enough to give us until March to do this, so I have plenty of time to figure this out.
