New management is absolutely awful and knows very little about how to run a transcription service. Their communication is so unprofessional and the team's attitude is in the dumps with a such a crummy management team. Wishing for the way it once was is a waste of time as it is just like all of the other mergers or buyouts that we hear about, if not worse.
