Yes! It is the strangest thing ever! I have absolutely no idea who is in charge or who to ask for anything. We used to have "Go To Meeting" online meetings to get training on different accounts, etc. The other day I told someone I had no idea how to type for one of the providers as I couldn't understand a word he was saying and had no samples, specs, etc, and was told that he was very tricky but the more I did him the easier it would get! Really? I don't even known where to start so not sure I will figure it out. I hate the online forum as well - although that might just be me, but out of desperation I have posted there a few times but still get very little response. It's insane.
