So these people are finally realizing what we've been saying all along. The key here is in-house and that will take money, but if they can actually swing this financially then WOO HOO. I just hope this scenario opens up in time for all of us to get/maintain jobs before we need to find work elsewhere just to survive.
I can't help but remember Disney importing planeloads of Indians to work at Disney World and forcing the American employees to train them before they got fired. Perish the thought...
