Is there some place we can get a copy of critical errors? Unbelieveable they expect us to spend our time searching and wildcard searching for information because doctor did not key it in. WE DO NOT GET PAID FOR THIS. We also do not get paid waiting at least 10 seconds each time we are uploading or downloading a report for the darn system to move along..getting slower and slower with each new *upgrade*. They need to either hire a clerk to do the ADT or have some one at the hospital take responsibility and put the information in or fix the software so it puts it in for us. We are paid for the time we are hitting the keys and listening to dictation, nothing more. Let me do what I was hired for, transcribe, I am not a clerk.
