Because this doctor cannot speak to save her life and I need to see if I can even remotely figure out her surgery..And they, the almighty ones, have reports that are obviously the wrong report type in there. Seems to me, if a company wants perfection from their employees, they should require it from those telling us how wrong we always are.. And no I am not going to alert them to the mistake, let them figure it out, same as all the other repository mistakes I find, not my job.
