If a person is so ticked they want to file charges, then so be it. Why ask what do you think the company would do. The company would I am sure do everything in their power to probably be rid of the worker or make their work life miserable. Here is a person talking about how they have work, seemingly ok with the situation and they're asking should they file? Just get a gun and shoot yourself in the foot would be a better course of action.
