-- for the dictators to stop rattling papers and snapping x-rays in our ears, stop belching/passing gas/snorting postnasal drip on speakerphone without saying please excuse me, and to say thank you (and really mean it) before slamming the phone down.
--for the MTSOs to recognize our worth and treat us as valued members of the health care profession, which we are, instead of like prostitutes in their stable, always competing to see who can turn the most tricks in one shift, MT or lady of the night, same thing, all about production.
--for the chance to work hard in return for real financial incentives like other members of the American workforce, to be considered for at least yearly pay raises and yearly bonuses.
--to recover some vestige of the pride we used to have about choosing this "profession."
--to never forget that our self-esteem comes from inside us, and can't be violated by anyone or anything.
--peace on earth
