It would be nice if companies had to list their pay, instead of "competitive," or "based on experience." We all know that is a joke, and simply means they are hiding something. Personally, I would prefer to know the pay for a job before I even test for it. This turns out to be a waste of our time. It may happen slowly, but this process needs to change, and this is a move in the right direction, FINALLY!
