"EXCITING" news - sickened

Did y'all get the email with the exciting news?!  "As you are aware, our focus has been on patient safety and we have been slowly moving away from punitive scoring. We heard you and are now taking that approach a step further!" Uh, anybody else see them moving away from punitive scoring since they started this grid and ASSURED us that was their plan?  Anybody else find this news not so exciting?  Right off the bat, it looks detrimental to me, as NOW, we will be deducted for any blank that can be filled in by QA, whereas before on my account, I was allowed 3.  As usual, Nuance thinks if they throw the word EXCITING around, we will believe it.
