Sick of hearing "patient safety" - mts

If they cared so much about "patient safety" then reports with errors would be corrected for the client. I specifically asked about this and was told that the clients do not receive corrected reports when these "major" and "minor" errors, or whatever the heck they come up with, are found. So...I cringe whenever I hear their favorite phrase of "patient safety." Call it like it is, just own it. And, I've had off-shore auditors "fill in blanks" with such nonsense it is just too funny.
