a lot of wasted time taking tests if we knew the pay, especially for VR which is what 99% of it is. Why would I or anybody switch jobs for the same amount of money or less money, to be scrambling for work, dreaded NJA, etc.? These MTSOs make me sick! No shift differential, weekend differential, RAISES-ever!, no internet reimbursement, decent health benefits and now with IC status on most, what's the point of being an MT anymore??? We should ALL be making 10 cents a line VR, not going backwards!
