Denver In-House MTs - Where are they? - Transcription Outsourcing

I am an employer seeking an in-house MT for a company (Transcription Outsourcing, LLC) located in Denver. I have posted multiple ads and haven't had any bites in months. What motivates you, as transcriptionists, to accept in-house positions versus remote? I would love to hear your input.
