It states further down in the post about shadowing the physician.
That's a scribe, NOT a transcriptionist. And these people call themselves employer of choice? When they can't even put the correct job title? Please. I'd bet they pay piddle, like everyone else wanting to get high skills for pennies.
I hope someone applies for this position and finds out the pay, please come back and let everyone know.
