true IC status and flexibility? I can commit to a certain number of lines, but I have to have some flexibility due to a health issue. I was "hired" by a company that has true IC status, but they drastically way overhire & everyone has to watch constantly for when the work appears & try to grab some before it's all devoured. You pretty much have to revolve your day around waiting for work only to get a couple of hundred lines because they've hired so many people. Are there any better options out there?
