On the plus side, they have great benefits, a wonderful company overall, and plenty of work 98% of the time. On the negative side, for whatever reasons, I feel like, the minute I am making progress and making really good lines over and above the minimum, something happens to slow me down, whether it be a really difficult dictator, a switch to a more difficult account by a supervisor, or whatever. However, I experienced these same issues at other companies and I do appreciate this job. Not perfect, but it pays most of my bills... Learns to be an MT robot, don't get too attached to any one account or any one system, learn to go with the flow, and you will be fine. Good luck.
