This is closed captioning, which is new to me. You have to sync it to audio and review it so I think it takes more time than transcribing. I think .40 per audio minute transcribing you would get paid more than .40 per audio minute with closed captioning with the sample I did. I found closed captioning fun to learn, but it is tedious and I'm thinking it would be more like $6 an hour rather than $8 an hour if I were transcribing rather than closed captioning. It was something I'd consider to do when my other IC account is low on work for a couple hours during my shift. Tks for your input!!!! They posted the monthly income you can make and it seemed very low so I'm thinking it's like a 6 cent per line rate in transcription (comparable to) or $6 an hour.
