1 TSM covering 3 teams?? - ss

One out sick, and the other 2 TSMs on the enterprise teams are taking turns covering us. Has been going on quite a while. I would be worried that they found out they could function with only 1 instead of 3 and cut quite a lot of $$$ out of Nuance expenses. MyTSM is really great and would hate to lose her, but we all know Nuance likes to cut things down to the bone.

Anyone in the know?
