Before I started experiencing connectivity issues, I was full time, and I stand by my first assessment of them. I have NEVER gotten a snotty, snippy reply to any document I have sent for QA. The replies were always informative and respectful. I cannot image who you have dealt with, but they must not work there any longer. Sorry your experience was not as good as mine. Best of luck to you as well in your worthwhile endeavor.
