Don't you let them push you around on this one. A PC and I a couple years ago did some experimenting and regardless of whether you search or not, the question mark will reappear if it goes to anybody but the client (QA, PC, Auditor). We realized this after I had QA'd a bunch of op notes and the Assistant field in the ADT always had question marks. The thing is, the Assistant field is never autopopulated from the database, so an MT would always have to do a search. After some experimenting, we found this to be the case with all question marked names. Fight this! This is bug in Fluency that it seems that they haven't fixed yet.
