I have a few docs who do this. It is EASY when you are typing traditionally, because you realize what NOT to put in the report...When it is VR/SR, you are editing/deleting a lot. Furthermore, any transcription I have seen by off shore MTs is a mess, because they don't understand who is speaking...I suppose?? I commented on the video as above and think others should as well...Maybe more docs will hear about what goes on behind the scenes.
