You're only allowed a sentence or two, so be sure to make it relevant to the overall message. You're also allowed maybe another paragraph to flesh out your response a bit that won't show up on the website, but not much. Something like "let MTs be MTs so you can get back to patient care" might be nice. I'm sure they are not aware of our end of things and how it affects them.
