I recieved an invitation to apply for acute care at Nuance this morning. I sent back the email with the note below. I think if enough people do this, maybe it will dawn on them that they will run out of MTs with their employment tactics.
"I'm am one of the majority MTs who will not apply at Nuance for two reasons:
1. Being paid half of what I made 20 years ago
2. Money deducted from pay for what are considered errors".
