to tell some of these dictators what morons they are and to learn how to speak properly. Stop whispering, stop dictating at the busy, noisy central station, and learn how to pronounce medications and diseases.
And it's a simple vent of frustration. The holier than thou's who want to tell me what a terrible person I am by simply venting can shove off.
