Softscript work flow has dried up - disbelief

I am finding the same situation. I have to be scanning for work 7 days a week just to barely meet my quota. Contact Qmanager ALL THE TIME and get told work is slowly coming in. Softscript will not pay you for waiting because that lowers your performance average and (lines divided by hours worked/production work not waiting for work) then you can get fired. This is criminal and needs to be stopped.
