In the last while I start my shift with NJA every day. This has never happened before, and I'm wondering if it's because they overhired for a couple of new accounts they got. Seems like that is the problem. Too many MTs for the work available, so they parcel it out to whomever is on and working, so when I start my shift there isn't anything left. When I email the Q manager I am set up on a new account, and by the time I read thru the account spccifics about an hour has gone by and my next job will be from one of my accounts. I hate this. It is such a time waster just so they can say the offered me work.
