Notified to approve timecard yesterday. Checked QA score. It is a 99.43 on Fiesa, 98.95 on Webclock which amounts to about 3 cpl difference. Emailed TSM yesterday, no response. Emailed this morning, no response. This also happened to me in June & cost me about $200.00. I emailed TSM numerous times over a few weeks and nothing ever resolved. Called payroll & they said to contact TSM. How can these scores be different? Don't know who my TSM reports to. Should I call Human Resources?
